＜p＞EUGAGER is a project proposal submitted to the EU in response to the ICT Call 4 under the＜br /＞ 7th Framework Programme in April 2009. It proposed the research, design and prototype＜br /＞ implementation of a web-based, secure and free/open source software platform for＜br /＞ e-Governance and e-Participation tools.
